In July 1998 I completed my work in Kent and was in need of adventure. Australia beckoned me!

After my return from Australia I began work in the West Country at Cirencester Kingshill School. This didn't stop my travelling and I got to see Milan, Genoa, Porto Fino, Venice and Verona in October '98 with my good friend Roberto who I met in Oz. I also visited Trieste and popped across the border into Slovenia with my other Aussie made friend from Italy Giulia. I skied the Stubai Glacier in Austria with my cousin Adam (Feb '99) and went 'Bonkers' in Teneriffe (April '99)with my mate Justin. We enjoyed travelling together so much that we also went North to Edinbugh and Glasgow before venturing abroad again to Ibiza (Spain) - also with Paul, and Rhodes (Greece) a week later that same Summer (1999) for more lads holidays!! Just before I met Jen I also learnt to snowboard with the Kent boys on the slopes of Zell am Zee (Austria)(Feb' 2000).
