Summer 2004 saw us travel to Malaysia, visiting Kuala Lumpur and Northern Borneo. We travelled to KL then onto Kuching, Batang Ai, Mulu and Kota Kinabalu which took 2 and 1/2 weeks.
Memories include the amazing Hilton resort of Batang Ai, dancing with the Iban head-hunters, the orangutans of Sepilok, islands off the coast of KK, the amazing Magellan Sutera harbour resort and Gunung Mulu National Park.
The most amazing adventure to date. It was truely breathtaking - the culture, the wild-life and the wonderful friendly people. Awesome!!
